How to set reminders and schedules in Aquairi
Consistent maintenance keeps a tank stable, and the easiest way to stay consistent is to stop relying on memory. Aquairi schedules turn each recurring task into a reminder that lands when it is due.
This guide shows how to create a schedule, set its cadence, and complete tasks so your maintenance history and Health Score stay accurate.
Steps
Open the schedules tab
From your aquarium, open the schedules section. It lists every recurring task with its next due date so you can see the week ahead at a glance.

Tap to add a task and pick its type — water change, dosing, filter clean, or a custom job. Give it a clear name you will recognise in a notification.

Choose how often the task repeats and which days it should fall on. A weekly water change and a fortnightly filter rinse are sensible starting points for most tanks.
Stagger heavy tasks. Cleaning the filter the same day you change water disturbs too much beneficial bacteria — space them apart.

When a task is due it appears on your dashboard. Mark it done to log the maintenance, or skip it — both keep your history honest.
