Corydoras gladysae is a small armoured catfish from Argentina. FishBase records a standard length of 3.5 cm and notes a notched tail fin and short dorsal and pectoral spines. It is a peaceful bottom-dwelling schooling species.

Habitat
According to FishBase the species is known only from the Calchaqui river system in the sub-Andean range at Cachi and Payogasta in Salta Province, Argentina. This system is a tributary of the Juramento river, part of the wider Parana basin.

Diet
