Overview
Corydoras sp. CW019 is an undescribed catalogue ("CW") form of the bronze-cory complex with a gold lateral stripe and an elongated, long-finned dorsal. It is a peaceful, bottom-oriented armoured catfish of the family Callichthyidae that does best in groups on soft sand.

Habitat
As a bronze-cory form, Corydoras sp. CW019 traces back to soft, warm freshwaters of South America. Like other members of its complex it occupies the bottom of slow streams and flooded margins, foraging over sand and leaf litter.

Diet
Corydoras sp. CW019 is an omnivorous forager. In the aquarium it accepts sinking dried foods together with small live and frozen foods such as bloodworm and Tubifex. It should not be left to survive on leftovers from other tank inhabitants; a varied diet keeps it in optimal condition.
Compatibility
Corydoras sp. CW019 is peaceful and gregarious and should be kept in a group of at least 6 individuals. It is a bottom-dweller suited to community aquariums with small characins, rasboras and other peaceful fish such as Otocinclus, and should not be combined with large or aggressive cichlids.
